The prestressed pipe pile post-grouting device comprises a grout outlet steel pipe, a grout outlet steel pipe sealing plate, a ribbed plate, a pile sealing plate, a grouting device and a grouting pipe, wherein one end of the grout outlet steel pipe is connected with one face ofthe pile sealing plate; the other end of the grout outlet steel pipe is sealed through the grout outlet steel pipe sealing plate; a pipe wall of the grout outlet steel pipe comprises a grout outlet hole; a through hole is formed in the other face, opposite to the grout outlet steel pipe, of the pile sealing plate; the grouting device penetrates through the through hole so as to be plugged into thegrout outlet steel pipe; coarse sand is filled in the grout outlet steel pipe; the grouting pipe is connected with the grouting device; the ribbed plate is perpendicularly connected with the pile sealing plate; and the at least one ribbed plate is arranged. The prestressed pipe pile post-grouting device provided by the invention has the technical effects that the construction of a cement-soil mixing pile is not needed, and pile bottom post-grouting can be carried out at any time, so that the absolute construction period is not occupied, and the construction can be carried out high-efficiently. Compared with an existing post-grouting device, the utilization of materials is reduced, the simplicity in processing is realized, and the installation cost is low.
