Modular assembled retaining wall and construction method thereof
The invention provides a modular assembled retaining wall and a construction method thereof, and belong to the field of geotechnical engineering. The modular assembled retaining wall comprise a retaining wall foundation, laminated slabs, post-poured secondary concrete, middle connecting columns and connecting columns at the two ends, wherein one retaining wall unit is arranged between the two connecting columns; the retaining wall foundation is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete member, and positioning grooves matched with the retaining wall units and the connecting columns are formed in theupper surface of the retaining wall foundation; and the laminated slabs are arranged between the grooves of the connecting columns, and the secondary concrete is poured between the two laminated slabs. According to the modular assembled retaining wall and the construction method thereof, the laminated slabs and the connecting columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete members, the retaining wall foundation is the cast-in-place reinforced concrete member, and assembly is carried out through on-site hoisting, concrete post pouring and prestressed reinforcement connection during construction,so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the labor cost is saved, and the quality of the retaining wall is guaranteed.
一种模块化装配式挡土墙及其施工方法,属于岩土工程领域,包括挡土墙基础、叠合板、后浇二次混凝土、中间连接柱和两端连接柱,两个连接柱之间设置一个挡墙单元,所述挡土墙基础为现浇钢筋混凝土构件,挡土墙基础上表面设置有与挡墙单元和连接柱相匹配的定位凹槽,所述叠合板设置于连接柱的凹槽处之间,在两块叠合板中间浇筑有二次混凝土。本发明的叠合板和连接柱均为预制钢筋混凝土构件,挡土墙基础为现浇钢筋混凝土构件,施工时通过现场吊装、后浇混凝土和预应力钢筋连接进行装配,极大地提高了施工效率,节约了人工成本,保证了挡土墙质量。
