The control component is connected with the power component, the power component is connected with the walking component and the pump, the pump is connected with a sludge suction pipe and a sludge outlet pipe, and a feeding component is arranged at the front end of the sludge suction pipe. The pumping device is able to walk, absorbs sludge in the walking process, and automatically filters and stirs the sludge before absorbing the sludge,so that the sludge absorbing efficiency of the pump is improved, and the operation is environment-friendly.
