The invention relates to the technical field of urban water conservation, in particular to a waste water recycling system capable of switching a water source automatically. The system comprises a recycling pipeline and a tap water pipeline. The recycling pipeline comprises a water storage tank, a second water inlet is formed in the top of the water storage tank, and a recovery pipe is connected tothe second water inlet; a drain hole is formed in the bottom of the water storage tank, and the drain hole is connected to a water pipe; the tap water pipeline comprises a first water inlet formed inthe top of the water storage tank, a water receiving pipe is mounted on the first water inlet, a magnetic valve is mounted on the water receiving pipe on the upper part of the water storage tank, a floating block is arranged on the water receiving pipe in the water storage tank in a sleeving manner, and a connecting rod is connected between the floating block and the magnetic valve. On the premise of guaranteeing preferred use of waste water, the water source can be switched automatically between tap water and waste water, so that it is ensured that the waste water is recycled to the maximumextent.
