The invention discloses an inspection well cover for preventing gas and creature from overflowing reversely. The structure is simple, manufacturing is convenient, economy and applicability are achieved, and the inspection well cover can be widely applied to an inspection well cover of a city pipe network inspection well, and can also be made into a floor drain of a toilet.
