The invention discloses a rain water collecting device for municipal greening, and relates to the technical field of municipal greening. The rain water collecting device aims to solve the problem thatmunicipal greening requires frequent irrigation and greening belt preservation takes a huge cost on an annual basis and particularly causes huge consumption of water resources. The device comprises awater tank and a plurality of collecting slots; a connecting tee junction is fixedly installed inside each collecting slots; two ends of each tee junction are fixedly connected with a water colletingpipe; a transportation pump is installed between each water collecting pipe and the water tank; and a water collecting tank is fixedly installed at the top of the collecting slots. In a rainy day, rain water on the roads flows into the water collecting tanks through brickwork joints, is filtered, enters a collecting hopper and gathers inside a water inlet pipe; and the collected rain water can betransported into a preset water tank for storage via the transportation pumps. In a sunny day, the rain water collected by the water tank is used for irrigating green belts, so the rain water can beeffectively recycled. The device can significantly reduce the water resources for maintenance of the municipal greening belts, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
