The invention relates to a fabricated foundation of a container module building and a mounting method of the fabricated foundation. The fabricated foundation comprises a steel structure foundation connecting beam, the top of the steel structure foundation connecting beam is connected with a bottom beam of a container module through a bolt joint, the bottom of the steel structure foundation connecting beam is correspondingly connected with a plurality of vertical steel structure screw piles through standard short columns, the standard short columns are connected through short beams, and two crossed pull rods are further installed between the standard short columns. Compared with the prior art, an all-steel structure foundation is adopted for replacing a traditional concrete foundation, thefoundation has the advantages of being convenient to mount and dismount and flexible in structure, the standard short columns and the short beams are arranged, and the bolt connection mode is adopted,so that the standardization degree and the assembly rate of the foundation are improved; and through the design of the short beams and the crossed pull rods, the horizontal bearing capacity of the foundation is further improved.
本发明涉及一种集装箱模块建筑的装配式基础及其安装方法,该装配式基础包括钢结构基础连梁,钢结构基础连梁的顶部通过螺栓节点与集装箱模块底部梁相连接,钢结构基础连梁的底部通过标准短柱对应连接有多根竖直的钢结构螺旋桩,标准短柱之间通过短梁连接,标准短柱之间还安装有呈交叉形的两根拉杆。与现有技术相比,本发明采用全钢结构基础替代传统混凝土基础,具有安装拆除便利、结构灵活的优点,通过设置标准短柱和短梁,并采用螺栓连接方式,提高了基础的标准化程度和装配率,利用短梁及交叉形拉杆设计,进一步提高了基础的抗水平承载力。
