The invention relates to the technical filed of building engineering, in particular to a sound-proof wall and a building structure. The sound-proof wall is arranged on a wall for the partition in a room, and comprises a foaming ceramic wall panel, exterior decoration panels and sound insulation cottons; the exterior decoration panels are correspondingly arranged at the preset distance on the bothsides of the foaming ceramic wall panel; and the sound insulation cottons are correspondingly arranged between the exterior decoration panels and the foaming ceramic wall panel. According to the sound-proof wall, the requirements of high sound insulation of hospital buildings can be met.
