The invention provides a prefabricated rigid concrete shear wall panel with a U-shaped anchoring steel plate and an assembled prefabricated rigid concrete shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated rigid concrete shear wall panel with the U-shaped anchoring steel plate comprises an edge restraint member, a grouting sleeve, an embedded connecting concrete, U-shaped anchoring steel plate, built-in bolts. The edge restraint member comprises edge profile steel and edge force bearing longitudinal bars built on both sides of a wall and along the longitudinal direction of the wall. The upper or lower ends of the edge force bearing longitudinal bars are fixed with the grouting sleeve. The embedded connecting concrete protruding from a wall concrete is arranged in the middle part of the top and bottom of the wall. The embedded connecting concrete is wrapped with the U-shaped anchor steel plate, and the built-in bolts are embedded in the embedded connecting concrete.
