The method has the following beneficial effects that the composite shear wall manufactured by the method is simple in structure and convenient to assemble, a connecting rod piece is pre-embedded by means of a perforating mode, the connecting rod piece is fixed through a pre-embedding sleeve, page plates on the two sides are connected, a steel plate is connected with reinforcingmesh pieces in each page plate, the structural strength is improved, meanwhile, the connection convenience is improved, the forming speed is high, and the quality is high; and the steel plate and thepage plates are integrally formed and jointly used as the outer side to jointly support a basement, stress disadvantages and waterproof disadvantages of the basement are met, the composite shear wallcan be produced by using simple equipment, and the tendency of factory removal is met.
