The invention discloses a purlin system with adjustable tension of a roof covering. The system comprises roof beams arranged at intervals, a transverse adjusting system and a longitudinal fastening system; and the transverse adjusting system comprises a square tube, a second square tube and a hydraulic jack, and the longitudinal fastening system comprises a fixing part, a screw rod and a film cloth fastening rod. According to the system, a four-way tensioning mechanism is adopted, the distance between the roof beams is expanded through the square tube and the hydraulic jack in the transverse direction, and therefore the roof covering is transversely tensioned; and the fastening system is longitudinally arranged, the film cloth fastening rod is pressed downwards through the screw rod, and therefore the roof covering is longitudinally tensioned. According to the system, the roof covering can be effectively tensioned, the working condition that the roof covering is wrinkled or sunken is prevented, the overall effect of the roof covering is the same as that of a hard plate, and the safety of a building is improved. Meanwhile, the tensioning degree of the roof covering can be adjusted,and targeted tensioning work is carried out according to the requirements of the building and the mechanical property of film cloth.
本发明公开了篷房屋面张紧可调节檩条系统，包括间隔设置的屋面梁、横向调节系统和纵向紧固系统；横向调节系统包括方管、第二方管和液压千斤顶，纵向紧固系统包括固定件、螺杆和膜布紧固杆。本发明采用四向张紧机制，横向通过方管与液压千斤顶张开屋面梁间距，从而横向张紧屋面膜；纵向设有紧固系统，通过螺杆下压膜布紧固杆，从而纵向张紧屋面膜。本发明可以有效张紧屋面膜，防止屋面膜产生褶皱或下沉的工况，使屋面膜的整体效果与硬体板无异，提高建筑的安全性。同时，本发明可以调节屋面膜的张紧程度，根据建筑的需要及膜布的力学性能进行针对性的张紧工作。
