The invention relates to the technical field of construction engineering, and discloses a movable cantilever rack for high-altitude construction of construction engineering. The movable cantilever rack comprises a bottom box; a center pillar is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom box; a platform is fixed to the top of the center pillar; the bottom box is of a hollow cuboid structure; the fourcorners of the bottom surface of the bottom box are each fixedly provided with a universal wheel; the four corners of the inner bottom surface of the bottom box are each fixedly provided with a hydraulic cylinder; the bottom ends of output shafts of the four hydraulic cylinders are correspondingly fixedly connected with the tops of the four universal wheels; by arranging the structures such as the hydraulic cylinders, oil boxes and oil pumps, during use, when the cantilever rack is tilted, hydraulic oil in the oil boxes is pumped into the corresponding hydraulic cylinders through the different oil pumps, so that the universal wheels at different positions can extend out; an electronic level on the bottom box can be viewed; and finally the cantilever rack can be adjusted to a horizontal position without laying flat objects such as planks at designated places by constructors.
