Steel column insulative construction method for steel structure refrigeration house
The invention relates to a steel column insulative construction method for a steel structure refrigeration house. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, hoisting an uppermain body steel structure after construction of a refrigeration house foundation or a concrete structural layer; b, conveying a prefabricated steel structure column in a structural plant to a site tobe mounted, wherein a polyurethane insulation coating (4) of the steel column is a polyurethane color plate sandwiched plate; c, forming a steel column insulative construction condition after construction of the steel structural column (1) and wallboards and a top board of the refrigeration house ; d, coating a calcium silicate board (3) with the polyurethane insulation coating (4); and e, wrapping internal corners with the color plates from the polyurethane insulation coating (4) to a ceiling; and finishing polyurethane insulative construction of all the steel structural columns (1) by employing the same steps. The method has the advantages that materials are purchased and constructed conveniently, the construction efficiency is high, the quality is reliable, a cold bridge is partitioned,the steel structural column and the refrigeration house are isolated well to avoid waste of a cold source, the containment cost is lowered, and it is convenient to assemble components on site and theconstruction safety is guaranteed.
一种用于钢结构冷库内钢柱保温施工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、冷库基础或者混凝土结构层施工完毕后进行上部主体钢结构吊装,b、钢结构柱在结构厂预制完毕运至现场安装,钢柱聚氨酯保温层(4)为聚氨酯彩钢板夹芯板,c、钢结构柱(1)及冷库墙板、顶板施工完毕后形成钢柱保温施工条件,d、在硅酸钙板(3)外包聚氨酯保温层(4),e、聚氨酯保温层(4)至吊顶一直采用彩钢板外包阴角;采用上述相同步骤完成所有钢结构柱(1)聚氨酯保温施工。本发明具有材料便于采购及施工,施工效率高,质量可靠,隔断冷桥,使钢结构柱与冷库形成良好隔绝,避免冷源浪费,降低围护成本,构件现场配装方便施工和保障施工安全的优点。
