The invention relates to a construction device, in particular to an electric power facility installation construction device. The electric power facility installation construction device comprises a motion mechanism I, a swing mechanism I, a punching mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a motion mechanism II, a swing mechanism II, a clamping mechanism and feeding mechanisms, wherein the motion mechanism I and the motion mechanism II drive the device can move, the relative position between the motion mechanism I and the motion mechanism II is guaranteed through the connecting mechanism, a wire pole is guaranteed to be inserted below the connecting mechanism, the swing mechanism I drives the punching mechanism to be horizontally or vertically placed, the punching mechanism can punch a hole onthe ground when being vertically arranged, the swing mechanism II drives the clamping mechanism to be horizontally or vertically placed, one of the two feeding mechanisms supplies materials to the clamping mechanism when the clamping mechanism is horizontally arranged, and the wire pole is inserted into the hole punched by the punching mechanism when the clamping mechanism is vertically arranged;and the repeated motion completes the installation of the wire pole efficiently.
