The mini blinds using solar self-powered wireless control and manual control has two working modes in the using process, namely anelectric control mode and a manual mode, and the two working modes can achieve ascending and descending of the mini blinds and conversion of the angle of a venetian blind; a turnover ladder rope penetrates through a fixed base bottom hole, and a lifting pull rope penetrates through a pull rope through hole, so that the turnover ladder rope and the lifting pull rope can be effectively prevented from being intertwined. In a word, the mini blinds using the solar self-powered wireless control and the manual control is simple in structure, the requirement of an operator for flexibly selecting manual operation and electric operation modes is met, more energy is saved, the environment is protected, and the requirement of the conservation-minded society is met; when any one of the manual operation mode and the electric operation mode breaks down, lifting of the venetian blind and overturning of the blind pieces can be continuously guaranteed through the other operation mode, and use is not affected.
