The invention relates to a traction type double-pile monorail conveyor system. The traction type double-pile monorail conveyor system comprises a rail, a cargo compartment, vertical plates, double-pile units, limiting wheel sets and return wheels, wherein the cargo compartment is provided with a steel wire rope fixing point extending below one side of the rail; the vertical plates are sequentiallyarranged at a lower end of the rail at intervals in the length direction of the rail; the multiple double-pile units are arranged at the lower ends of the vertical plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each double-pile unit includes two pile bodies arranged at intervals and a transverse pipe connected to the top ends of the two pile bodies, the transverse pipes extend in a width direction of the rail and are divided into limiting sides and return sides by the rail, and the limiting sides of the transverse pipes and the steel wire rope fixing points are located on the same side of the rail; the multiple limiting wheel sets are located on the limiting sides of the transverse pipes in the one-to-one correspondence mode; and the return wheels are arranged on the return sides of the transverse pipes in the one-to-one correspondence mode. A steel wire rope is prevented from deviating, the structure is simple, production cost is reduced, installation is convenient, safety is improved,and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种牵引式双桩单轨运输机系统，其不同之处在于：其包括轨道；货厢，具有延伸至轨道一侧下方的钢丝绳固定点；立板，有若干个且沿轨道长度方向依次间隔设于轨道下端；双桩单元，有若干个且一一对应设于各立板下端，各双桩单元包括间隔设置的两个桩体及连接于两个桩体顶端的横管，各横管沿轨道宽度方向延伸且被轨道划分为限位侧和回程侧，其中各横管的限位侧和钢丝绳固定点位于轨道的同一侧；限位轮组，有若干个且一一对应位于各横管的限位侧；及回程轮，有若干个且一一对应设于横管的回程侧。本发明避免钢丝绳发生偏移，结构简单，降低了生产成本且便于安装，提高了安全性和钢丝绳的使用寿命。
