The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted traffic cone conveying device. The vehicle-mounted traffic cone conveying device comprises a transverse conveying roller mechanism, a longitudinal conveying chain mechanism and a jacking mechanism. Each conveying roller of the transverse conveying roller mechanism are parallel to conveying chains of the longitudinal conveying chain mechanism, the conveyingchains are located between the adjacent conveying rollers, the transverse conveying roller mechanism and the jacking mechanism are installed on a floor of a carriage, the jacking mechanism is used tolifting or lowering the longitudinal conveying chain mechanism, when the height of the conveying chains of the longitudinal conveying mechanism is higher than the height of the conveying rollers, theconveying chains bear traffic cones on the corresponding conveying rollers. The vehicle-mounted traffic cone conveying device conveys the traffic cones to the upper part of the conveying chains of the longitudinal conveying chain mechanism through the transverse conveying roller mechanism, and then the jacking mechanism is used for lifting the conveying chain mechanism, so that the conveying chains bear the traffic cones, the traffic cones are conveyed to the vehicle tail in the longitudinal direction, and the intensity of manual handling is reduced conveniently.
