The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism of a prefabricated part of a fabricated building. The hoisting mechanism comprises a fabricated prefabricated stair, the fabricated prefabricated stair comprises an inclined step section, the high end of the step section is connected with a high-end flat plate, and the low end of the step section is connected with a low-end flat plate; reserved holes which are through up and down are formed in the high-end flat plate and the low-end flat plate; and the fabricated prefabricated stair further comprises a stair high-end assembling part and a stair low-end assembling part, vertical stair fixing piles are fixedly arranged on the stair high-end assembling part and the stair low-end assembling part, and the stair fixing piles correspond to the reservedholes respectively. According to the scheme, the reserved holes in the prefabricated stair are used for hoisting and fixing pile inserting, so that only four prefabricated holes are needed in the prefabricated stair, the number of the prefabricated holes in the prefabricated stair is reduced, and the structural strength of the prefabricated stair is improved; and in addition, after the stair fixing piles of the scheme are relatively upwards and slowly inserted into the lower ends of the reserved holes, lifting hook mechanisms can achieve automatic unhooking, and the working process is greatlysimplified.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑的预制构件的吊装机构,包括装配式预制楼梯,装配式预制楼梯包括斜向的踏步段,踏步段的高端连接有高端平板,踏步段的矮端连接有低端平板;高端平板和低端平板上均设置有上下贯通的预留孔洞;还包括楼梯高端装配部和楼梯低端装配部,楼梯高端装配部上和楼梯低端装配部上均固定设置有竖向的楼梯固定桩,各楼梯固定桩分别对应各预留孔洞;本方案的预制楼梯上预留孔洞既用于吊装,同时又用于固定桩插入,这样预制楼梯上只需要四个预制孔即可,减小预制楼梯上的预制孔的数量,增加预制楼梯结构强度;另外本方案的楼梯固定桩相对向上缓慢插入到各个预留孔洞的下端后吊钩机构能实现自动脱钩,极大简化工作流程。
