The acrylic acid pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion andthe epoxy modified sodium polyacrylate are used in the field of ceramic green body reinforcing agents, the viscosity of green body slurry is not affected, meanwhile, an efficient reinforcing effect isachieved after a green body is dried, test results show that the reinforcing agent can greatly shorten the cracking time and shorten the cracking length of the green body, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明涉及一种高强度抗裂陶瓷,陶瓷的坯体由如下组分的高效陶瓷坯体增强剂组合物制得浆料,以质量百分比计组成为:4%~8%丙烯酸压敏胶乳液、1%~3%改性天然高分子、8%~15%环氧改性的聚丙烯酸钠,其余为水。本发明将丙烯酸压敏胶乳液与环氧改性的聚丙烯酸钠用于陶瓷坯体增强剂领域,在不影响坯体浆料的粘度的同时,当坯体干燥后具有高效增强作用,测试结果表明所述增强剂可大大降低了生坯开裂时间、开裂长度,应用前景广泛。
