Vibration reduction box type roadbed structure
The invention provides a vibration reduction box-type roadbed structure. The structure comprises a bottom plate used for being installed on a foundation, a top plate arranged above the bottom plate, and a supporting piece fixedly connected with the bottom plate and the top plate so as to support the top plate, wherein a groove is formed in the top surface of the top plate and used for being filledwith a filler. The top plate is provided with the groove for filling the filler so that the filler can be prevented from being over-higher than the top surface of the top plate; by arranging the filler, on one hand, vibration and impact influences can be reduced, a structural fatigue life is prolonged, and a noise environment is purified; on the other hand, the filler can avoid the influence caused by differential settlement of a roadbed structure and is beneficial to ensuring smoothness of the top surface of the roadbed structure.
本发明提供一种减振箱式路基结构,该路基结构包括底板,用于安装在地基上;顶板,设置于所述底板的上方;支撑件,固定连接所述底板和所述顶板以支撑所述顶板;其中,所述顶板的顶面开设有凹槽,以用于填充填料。顶板开设有用于填充填料的凹槽能够避免填料过高出顶板的顶面;填料的设置一方面能够减小振动和冲击影响,提高结构疲劳寿命,净化噪声环境;另一方面填料能够避免路基结构差异性沉降带来的影响,有助于保证路基结构顶面平顺性。
