By means of the technical scheme, the asymmetric suspension type monorail turnout can be used in cooperation with an asymmetric vehicle bogie and an asymmetric rail so that the asymmetric rail can be changed in line, an application range of the asymmetric rail is widened, and richness and flexibility of a train line design adopting the asymmetric rail are improved.
