Grooves are arranged in an upper surface of theroad body at equal intervals; the positioning frames are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the surface of the groove; the device further comprises a corner table and a limiting block; a first sliding groove is arranged in the surfaces of the positioning frames; the surface of the first sliding groove is rotatably connected with the corner table; the limiting block is clamped in the first sliding groove; the corner table and the positioning frames are hinged through the limiting block; limiting grooves are arranged in two side surfaces of the corner table and the surface of the limiting block; a limiting device is mounted in the limiting groove; and a plurality of fixing tables are fixedly connected to the surface of the road body, cleaning devices are rotatably connected into the fixing tables, and a plurality of positioning tables are fixedly connected into the road body. According to the device for actively and rapidly cleaning the accumulated snow and the road, the accumulatedsnow on the road can be cleaned, slipping can be prevented when a vehicle runs, a structure is simple, and practicability is high.
