The invention relates to a waste pavement asphalt recovery method and device. The recovery method comprises the following steps: 1) preheating a to-be-recovered asphalt pavement; 2) pouring hot tar into the preheated asphalt pavement, and sucking and recovering residual hot tar on the asphalt pavement after pouring to obtain recovered tar; 3) milling the asphalt pavement filled with the hot tar, recovering a generated milling material to obtain a recovered mixture, grinding and separating the recovered mixture to obtain a recovered material and recovered asphalt, and making a grinding temperature not be higher than 0 DEG C; and 4) melting the recovered asphalt, separating precipitates, and mixing and tempering the precipitates and recovered tar to obtain recycled asphalt. According to thescheme, the waste pavement asphalt can be effectively rrecovered and separated, the recycled asphalt and aggregate are obtained, quality of the recycled material is good, and influence on the qualityis small when the recovered material is used for preparing asphalt concrete.
本发明涉及一种废路面沥青回收方法及装置，回收方法包括以下步骤：1)对待回收的沥青路面进行预热；2)对预热后的沥青路面灌注热焦油，灌注后对沥青路面的残余热焦油进行抽吸回收，得到回收焦油；3)对灌注热焦油后的沥青路面进行铣刨，对产生的铣刨料进行回收，得到回收混合料，再对回收混合料进行研磨，分离得到回收集料和回收沥青，研磨温度不高于0摄氏度；4)将回收沥青融化，分离沉淀物，与回收焦油混合调质，得到再生沥青。本方案可以有效回收和分离废路面沥青，得到再生沥青和集料，并且回收料质量好，用回收料制取沥青砼时对质量影响小。
