The invention discloses a road speed reduction device for a sponge city. The device comprises a deceleration strip body fixedly arranged on a road. A through hole is arranged in the deceleration stripbody; and a strip-shaped groove is dug in an upper end of the road, a water storage groove is further dug in a side wall of the road, a storage groove is dug in the side wall of the road, the storagegroove is connected with the strip-shaped groove through a first guide pipe, the storage groove is connected with the water storage groove through a second guide pipe, and a pumping and draining device used for pumping and draining rainwater is installed in the storage groove. Accumulated water on the road surface is pumped into the water storage groove through continuous up-and-down movement ofa sliding plug; and a drainage capacity of the road is enhanced, rainwater can be recycled, an ecological environment-friendly effect of a city is greatly improved, the rainwater in the water storagegroove is drained through the through hole, soil attached to the deceleration strip can be washed away, anti-skid performance of the deceleration strip is enhanced, and danger caused by slipping whena vehicle passes through the deceleration strip is prevented.
本发明公开了一种海绵城市用道路减速装置，包括固定设置在道路上的减速带本体，所述减速带本体上开设有通孔，所述道路的上端挖设有条形槽，所述道路的侧壁还挖设有储水槽，所述道路的侧壁挖设有置物槽，所述置物槽与条形槽之间通过第一导管连通，所述置物槽与储水槽之间通过第二导管连通，所述置物槽安装有用于抽排雨水的抽排装置。本发明通过滑塞不断上下移动将路面的积水抽入储水槽内，既增强了道路的排水能力，又能够对雨水回收，大大提升了城市的生态环保效果，通过将储水槽内的雨水由通孔排出，可以将减速带上附着的泥土冲走，增强减速带的防滑性能，防止车辆经过减速带时打滑而发生危险。
