Foundation treatment method considering recycling of waste tyres
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite foundation and discloses a foundation treatment method considering recycling of waste tyres. The foundation treatment method comprises the following steps: at first, paving water-permeable and sand-impermeable semi earth-permeable geotechnical cloth at a foundation treatment area; then, uniformly paving waste tyres at intervals on the water-permeable and sand-impermeable semi earth-permeable geotechnical cloth, wherein the treads of the waste tyres is generally perpendicular to the foundation; then, filling particle filler in each of the waste tyres; and finally, backfilling particle filler between the waste tyres and paving a cushion on the waste tyres. According to the foundation treatment method, the self mechanical strength of the waste tyres generateslateral confinement action to the internal particle filler, so that the internal particle filler can show the rigidity higher than that of the surrounding lateral confinement free soil body under the action of the working load to improve the bearing strength and rigidity of the foundation, and the operation is simple and fast; and in addition, the waste tyres are directly utilized, and compared with the existing foundation treatment method needing cement and mechanical equipment, the construction cost and time are saved, and the recycling rate of the waste tyres is alsoincreased.
本发明属于复合地基技术领域,公开了一种兼顾废旧轮胎回收利用的地基处理方法,首先在地基处理区域铺设透水不透砂的半透土工布;然后在半透土工布之上均匀铺放间隔设置的废旧轮胎,废旧轮胎的胎面与地基大体垂直;之后在每个废旧轮胎内部填充颗粒填料;最后在废旧轮胎之间回填颗粒填料并在废旧轮胎之上铺设褥垫层。本发明利用废旧轮胎自身的力学强度对其内部颗粒填料产生侧限作用,使内部颗粒填料能够在工作荷载作用下表现出高于周围无侧限土体的刚度,达到提高地基承载力和刚度的作用,操作简单快捷;并且由于直接利用废旧轮胎,较已有的多数需要投入水泥和机械设备的地基处理方法相比节约了施工成本和时间,同时提高了废旧轮胎的回收利用率。
