Pile pressing equipment for construction engineering
The invention discloses pile pressing equipment for construction engineering in the technical field of construction engineering. The equipment comprises an operation platform, a sliding base and two groups of pile loading mechanisms, wherein the sliding base is arranged at the bottom of the operation platform and the two groups of pile loading mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides ofthe operation platform. By arrangement of the pile loading mechanisms for placement of a pile on two sides of the operation platform, the pile can be conveniently loaded into an inner cavity of a pilepressing through hole, collision damage between the pile and the pile pressing equipment due to swinging of the pile in the pile loading process is prevented, and loading safety of the pile is improved; and the next pile can be loaded in advance for later use during pressing of one pile, a support platform is moved by interaction of threads and expansion and contraction of a hydraulic cylinder, and movement accuracy is higher than that of wheels, pressing positioning of the next pile is facilitated, and pile pressing working efficiency in the construction process is improved.
本发明公开了建筑工程技术领域的一种建筑工程用压桩设备,包括操作平台、滑移底座以及两组桩体装载机构,滑移底座设置在操作平台的底部,两组桩体装载机构对称设置在操作平台的两侧,本发明通过在操作平台的两侧设置有用来放置桩体的桩体装载机构,方便将桩体装载到压桩通孔的内腔中,避免在装载桩体的过程中,桩体的摆动而造成与压桩设备之间的碰撞损伤,提高桩体装载的安全性,且能够在一个桩体进行压桩的过程中,另一组进行下一个桩体装载的提前备用,支撑平台的移动为螺纹的相互作用以及液压缸的伸缩,移动的精度相对车轮的移动精度较高,方便对下一桩体压桩的定位,提高建筑施工过程中压桩的工作效率。
