The synchronous waterproof and anticorrosive construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (S1) building and leveling an enclosure structure; (S2) laying an adhesion layer of which one side is fixedly connected with a blocking layer on the enclosure structure to be poured with the concrete, and attaching the blocking layer to the enclosure structure; (S3) spraying waterproof and anticorrosive paint on the adhesion layer to prepare a waterproofand anticorrosive paint layer; (S4) pouring the concrete on the waterproof and anticorrosive paint layer; (S5) waiting for the solidification of the concrete to form a concrete layer, and performingreturn permeation of the waterproof and anticorrosive paint layer.
