Shower mechanism with water saving function
The invention discloses a shower mechanism with a water saving function. The shower mechanism comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, a hot water pipe, a cold water pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the hot water pipe, the cold water pipe and the water outlet pipe are inserted between the outer shell and the inner shell. The inner bottom wall of the outer shell is provided with a limiting groove which is matched with an opening in the upper end of the water outlet pipe. The interior of the limiting groove is elastically connected with a check block through a first spring, and the side wall of the check block is in sealing and sliding connection with the groove wall of the limiting groove. The check block is provided with a first through hole matched with the water outlet pipe. When the temperature of the water flowing out of the hot water pipe is low, the pipe opening of the water outlet pipe and the pipe opening of the cold water pipe are blocked, so that the cold water discharged from the hot water pipe is stored temporarily and cannot be flowed out, when hot water flows from the hot water pipe, the temporarily-stored cold water can be utilized again from the cold water pipe, and the phenomenon that at the beginning of shower, the cold water is discharged directly, and waste is caused is avoided.
本发明公开了一种具有节水功能的淋浴机构,包括外壳体、内壳体以及分别插设在外壳体和内壳体上的热水管、冷水管、出水管,所述外壳体内底壁开设有与出水管上端开口配合的限位槽,所述限位槽内通过第一弹簧弹性连接有挡块,且挡块的侧壁与限位槽的槽壁密封滑动连接,所述挡块上开设有与出水管匹配的第一通孔。本发明中热水管中流出的水温较低时,出水管与冷水管的管口被封堵,使得此时热水管排出的冷水被暂存无法流出,当热水管中流出热水时,这部分暂存的冷水能够再次从冷水管中利用,从而避免了淋浴开始时流出的冷水直接放出,造成的浪费。
