Construction method of large-span venue
The invention provides a construction method of a large-span venue. The construction method comprises the steps that (1), the large-span venue is simulated to obtain a preset range of stress, strain and displacement data and deviation; (2), according to a simulated result, a stand prefabricated member, a space structural member and a concrete frame are correspondingly processed; (3), according toa digital simulation result, the construction of the concrete frame is carried out, and stand assembly and space structural assembly are correspondingly carried out; and (4), in the process of space structural assembly, concrete frame assembly, stand installation, space structural installation, folding, unloading or tension, consumption and adjustment of the deviation are carried out, the consumption of the deviation is carried out through an oblique beam, a supporting seat and an adjusting device, and the connection of a stand, a space structure and the concrete frame is completed. Accordingto the construction method of the large-span venue, the problem of tense construction period of a venue type building with a complex structure and low repeatability is solved; and meanwhile, the smooth operation and safe construction of parallel construction are ensured.
一种大跨度场馆的施工方法，包括：(1)对所述大跨度场馆进行仿真，获得应力、应变和位移数据以及偏差的预定范围；(2)依据所述仿真的结果，分别加工看台预制件、空间结构件和混凝土框架；(3)依据所述数字仿真结果，进行混凝土框架的施工，并分别进行看台拼装、空间结构拼装；(4)空间结构拼装、混凝土框架浇筑、看台安装、空间结构安装、合拢、卸载或张拉等过程中，进行偏差的消纳和调整，通过所述斜梁、支座和调节装置进行偏差的消纳，完成看台、空间结构和混凝土框架的连接。本申请针对大跨度场馆提供的施工方法，解决了结构复杂，重复性低的场馆型建筑施工工期紧张的问题；同时保证了平行施工的顺利进行和施工安全。
