Waterproof treatment process for joints of prefabricated buildings
A waterproof treatment process for joints of prefabricated buildings comprises the following steps: (1) pouring ground beams on the ground, arranging tongue and groove joints at the two ends of the top of each of the ground beams, and arranging embedded parts on the ground beams; (2) fixing and connecting prefabricated wall components to the ground beams through fixing parts; (3) embedding water swelling rubber strips into horizontal gap openings, and filling and leveling the horizontal gap openings with mortar; (4) tightly filling vertical gap openings with caulking compounds; (5) inserting water draining boxes into the bottom positions of vertical gaps corresponding to cross-shaped gaps; (6) using a joint-sealing and glue-applying gun to simultaneously complete the treatment processes ofpasting masking tape, applying sealant and flattening the surface of the sealant; (7) tearing off the masking tape, and performing maintenance and waterproof testing. According to the waterproof treatment process for the joints of the prefabricated buildings, the structures of the water draining boxes are inserted into the vertical gaps so as to greatly increase the collection area and collectioneffect of water seepage in walls of the prefabricated buildings, and improve the waterproof function of the building walls; and the structures of the tongue and groove joints are arranged at the topsof the ground beams so as to form constructional waterproofing and fundamentally improve the structural waterproof performance.
