The invention discloses a self-resetting support with the characteristic of an energy consuming time sequence and an assembling method of the self-resetting support. Two device cooperatively work, sothat the supporting and energy consuming behaviors are successive; firstly, a friction energy consuming self-resetting device with prestressed cables is used for balancing earthquake input energy, specifically the prestressed cables, a peripheral constraint force square pipe, a force transmission shaft and end plates are combined, so that one of the prestressed cables is pulled anyway to provide restoring force, and an inner friction interface plate, an outer friction interface plate and the peripheral constraint force square pipe relatively slide to consume energy; and when larger deformationdevelops, a self-resetting device of an SMA assembly is started in cooperation, a rectangular steel pipe, the SMA assembly, an L-shaped plate, a U-shaped plate and bolts cooperate to provide energy consumption and self-resetting, a long round hole is formed in one side of the rectangular steel pipe to achieve that the SMA assembly has deformation capacity, and deformation of the SMA assembly is controllable by adjusting the pretightening force of the bolts. The support has the characteristic of the energy consuming time sequence under the action of earthquakes of different strengths and has god self-resetting capacity.
本发明公开了一种具有耗能时序特点的自复位支撑及其组装方法,通过两部分装置协同工作以使支撑耗能行为的发生有先后性,首先由配备预应力索的摩擦耗能自复位装置平衡地震输入能量,具体由预应力索、外围约束方钢管、传力轴、端板组合使得总有一组预应力索受拉,以提供恢复力,内、外摩擦界面板与外围约束方钢管通过相对滑动以耗散能量;当发展至更大变形时,配备SMA组件的自复位装置启动,由矩形钢管、SMA组件、L形板、U形板、螺栓协同提供耗能及自复位,矩形钢管一侧开设长圆孔以实现SMA组件具有变形能力,通过调节螺栓的预紧力使得SMA组件变形可控。实现了不同强度地震作用下支撑具有耗能时序的特点,且具有良好的自复位能力。
