Overhead ground paving method
The invention relates to an overhead ground paving method. The method comprises the following steps of measuring, paying off and positioning the ground of a floor to be paved, placing an adjustable foundation component, judging whether a floor heating requirement exists or not, and paving a main body plate with a hot water pipe groove and a turning die head or paving a main body plate without a hot water pipe groove, adjusting the levelness of the main body plate by adjusting the foundation assembly, fixedly connecting the foundation assembly with the main body plate, installing pressing strips between the main body plate, judging whether hot water pipe grooves exist in the main body plates or not, and paving floor surface layer facing materials. When the method is used for paving the overhead ground, the paving of the floor and the adjustment of the levelness are simple and convenient, the operation is easy, and the whole operation process is dry construction; and materials of the overhead floor can be prefabricated and produced in batches, so that the on-site construction process is simplified, and meanwhile on-site operation is free of welding, sawing off and floating dust and environmentally friendly.
本发明涉及一种架空地面的铺装方法，包括：对待铺装地板的地面进行测量、放线和定位，放置可调节的地脚组件，判断是否存在地暖供暖需求及铺设带有热水管槽的主体板及转弯模头或者铺设无热水管槽的主体板，通过调整地脚组件进行主体板水平度的调整，将地脚组件与主体板进行固定连接，在主体板之间安装压条，判断主体板上是否有热水管槽，铺设地板面层饰面材料。采用本方法进行架空地面的铺装，地板的铺设和水平度的调节都简单方便、易操作，整个作业过程为干法施工；架空地板的材料可以进行批量化预制生产，从而简化了现场施工流程，同时现场作业无焊接、无锯断、无浮尘，绿色环保。
