The invention relates to an aluminum alloy climbing scaffold which comprises a frame body, an ascending and descending frame, two main upright posts and sub upright posts, wherein the main upright posts and the sub upright posts are all fixedly arranged on the frame body; the ascending and descending frame is glidingly arranged on the main upright posts and the sub upright posts in the vertical direction; the two main upright posts are in mutually symmetrical arrangement; a vertical walking rack is arranged at one side in each main upright post; a guide rail group is arranged at each of two sides of each walking rack; a transmission shaft is rotationally arranged at one side of the ascending and descending frame; a walking gear is fixedly nested at each of the two ends of the transmissionshaft; each walking gear is positioned in the corresponding main upright post and is mutually engaged with the corresponding walking gear; a groove is formed in each of two ends of each walking gear;the grooves and the guide rail groups are in corresponding arrangement; a motor is arranged at the bottom of the ascending and descending frame; and the motor and the transmission shaft are in transmission connection. The aluminum alloy climbing scaffold aims at inventing the aluminum alloy climbing scaffold for solving the problems of light weight and low hedge ratio of a climbing scaffold, and also solving or at least reducing the problems that an existing climbing scaffold power device is completely exposed out of the frame body, the dustproof effect is poor, and the safety performance is poor.
本发明涉及一种铝合金爬架,包括架体,还包括升降架、主立柱和从立柱,主立柱和从立柱均固定设置于架体,升降架沿竖直方向滑动设置于主立柱和从立柱,主立柱为相互对称设置的两个,主立柱内一侧设置有竖直的行走齿条,行走齿条两侧均设置有导轨组,升降架的一侧转动设置有传动轴,传动轴的两端均固定套合有行走齿轮,行走齿轮位于主立柱内且与行走齿条相互啮合,行走齿轮两端均设置有凹槽,凹槽与导轨组对应设置,升降架底部设置有电机,电机与传动轴传动连接。本发明的目的在于解决爬架轻量化及保值的问题,同时解决或至少减轻现有爬架动力装置完全裸露在架体外部,防尘效果差、安全性能差的问题,发明一种铝合金爬架。
