The invention relates to a maintenance method for improving quality of building concrete. A moving device, a positioning device and a sprinkling device are included, the positioning device is installed on the right side of the upper end of the moving device, the sprinkling device is installed on the left side of the positioning device. According to the maintenance method, equipment is positioned by the moving device, the positioning device is matched with the sprinkling device, the equipment is adjusted according to the orientation of a wall body, so that sprinkling parts of the equipment arealigned and parallel to the wall body, meanwhile the range of sprinkling is continuously adjusted according to the height or width of the wall body, so as to prevent the waste of water resources during sprinkling, according to the surface state of the wall body, the sprinkling strength of the equipment is adjusted through the sprinkling device, so as to prevent the situation that the surface quality of the wall body is affected due to excessive water spraying intensity in the process of sprinkling, and the surface of the wall body is sprinkled until the surface of the wall body is completely watered.
