Spring bolt stirring mechanism of closed-hole-type ratchet-gear-wheel lock cylinder
The invention discloses a spring bolt stirring mechanism of a closed-hole-type ratchet-gear-wheel lock cylinder. The spring bolt stirring mechanism comprises a stirring ring and a claw, wherein the stirring ring is provided with several insertion blocks correspondingly matched with insertion ports and a pushing block matched with a gap, and the length of the pushing block is larger than that of the insertion blocks; several fan-shaped protrusions are outside the claw, the tail part of a center rotation shaft assembly is provided with several protrusion parts, the protrusion parts can be inserted in intervals among the fan-shaped protrusions, and the fan-shaped protrusions outside the claw are matched with fan-shaped gaps inside a spring bolt. By applying external force to the center rotation shaft assembly through a key, the protrusion parts at the tail part of the center rotation shaft assembly are inserted in the gaps among the fan-shaped protrusions of the claw, meanwhile, the longpushing block on the stirring ring pushes slide blocks which are aligned on the center rotation shaft assembly to move forwards, then overall linkage of the center rotation shaft assembly and the spring bolt stirring mechanism is achieved, and the parts are simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
本发明公开了一种闭孔式棘齿轮片锁芯的锁舌拨动机构,包括拨动环和爪盘,拨动环上设置有若干个与插接口对应配合的插接块和一个与缺口配合的推动块,所述推动块的长度大于插接块的长度;所述爪盘的外部设置有若干个扇形凸起,所述中心转轴组件的尾部设置有若干个突出部,所述突出部能够插接到扇形凸起之间的间隙内,所述爪盘外部的扇形凸起与锁舌内部的扇形缺口配合;通过钥匙对中心转轴组件施加的外力,使中心转轴组件尾部的突出部插入爪盘扇形凸起之间的间隙内,同时拨动环上较长的推动块推动中心转轴组件上对齐的滑块向前运动,实现中心转轴组件和锁舌拨动机构的整体联动,零件的结构简单,制造成本低。
