Provided are a door opening device, a door opening/closing device, and a refrigerator that can achieve door opening with less force. A door opening/closing device (50) of a refrigerator (1) capable ofopening/closing a door (4) from both the left side and the right side is provided with: a slider (59) that is provided to a body (2) and driven by a drive part (58); and a cam (60) which is providedto the door (4) and on which the slider (59) slides, wherein the cam (60) has first cam surfaces (63a, 73a) on which the slider (59) slides so as to drive the door (4) to open leftward or rightward, and the first cam surfaces (63a, 73a) have projected shapes (63aa, 73aa) for moving the door (4) in a direction where a pivot shaft (4c, 4d), corresponding to the drive for opening the door, fits a second groove (33) at a position on a sliding start side when the slider (59) slides on the first cam surfaces (63aa, 73aa).
