The invention discloses a charging and storage cabinet system of an electric bicycle. The charging and storage cabinet system comprises a cabinet body, the interior of the cabinet body is divided intoa plurality of storage bins, a first electric connecting piece is installed at the position, located on the rear side bin wall, in each storage bin, a second electric connecting piece is installed onthe head of an electric bicycle, the electric bicycle is placed in the storage bins, and the second electric connecting pieces on the head of the electric bicycle are electrically connected with thefirst electric connecting pieces; the cabinet body is integrated with a main controller, a power supply switcher and at least two different power supply units, each power supply unit is electrically connected with the first electric connecting piece in each storage bin through the power supply switcher, and the main controller is in control connection with the power supply switcher through the analog quantity output end of the main controller. The charging and storage cabinet system can store electric bicycles in a closed mode, can charge the electric bicycles when the electric bicycles are stored, and has the advantages of being stable and smooth in charging and convenient to use.
