The invention discloses cement-based slurry filled with an ionic liquid serving as a sacrificial agent special for a polycarboxylate water reducer and a preparation method of the cement-based slurry.The ionic liquid of which the cation is imidazolyl is used as a polycarboxylate water reducing agent anti-clay sacrificial agent to be filled into the cement-based slurry, so that the fluidity of thecement-based slurry containing clay minerals is remarkably improved, and the fluidity of the cement-based slurry containing the clay minerals can be improved to 22+/-0.5 cm from 15+/-0.5 cm when the cement-based slurry is not filled. By filling of the ionic liquid, the clay resistance of the water reducing performance of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is greatly improved, so that the cement-based slurry doped with clay minerals has excellent flowability, and the requirement of actual production application on the flowability of the cement-based slurry is met.
本发明公开了一种填充了离子液体作为聚羧酸酯类减水剂专用牺牲剂的水泥基浆料及其制备方法。本发明中将阳离子为咪唑基的离子液体作为聚羧酸酯类减水剂抗粘土牺牲剂填充到水泥基浆料中,显著提高了含粘土矿的水泥基浆料的流动性,可以使其流动度由未填加时的15±0.5cm提高到22±0.5cm。通过填充离子液体,大大改善了聚羧酸酯类减水剂减水性能的抗粘土性,使掺杂了粘土矿的水泥基浆料获得优良的流动性,满足了实际生产应用对水泥基浆料流动度的要求。
