The invention discloses an environment-friendly building material. The environment-friendly building material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion; 3-5 parts of zirconium oxide; 27-29 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 33-35 parts of lithium borate; 7-12 parts of hollow glass beads; 9-10 parts of wood fibers; 3-4 parts of a dispersing agent; 292-295 parts of filler; 13-15 parts of a humectants; and 400-500 parts of neutral water. The environment-friendly building material has good environment-friendly, heat-preservation, heat-insulation, waterproofand flame-retardant properties, and can meet the heat-preservation, heat-insulation, waterproof and flame-retardant requirements of building walls. The invention provides the novel environment-friendly building material which is especially obvious in waterproof performance and more obvious in thermal insulation effect in extremely cold regions and tropical regions when used for constructional engineering, has the obvious advantages of being non-combustible, weather-resistant and the like; and the green and environment-friendly building material has extremely low possibility of falling off from buildings due to light weight, high bonding performance, large thermal resistance, small heat transfer coefficient and the like; and the green and environment-friendly building material is attractive and elegant in facade decoration.
