The invention discloses an anti-crack concrete. 1 m<3> of the anti-crack concrete comprises the following components and contents: 350 to 450 kg of a cement mineral mixture, 650 to 850 kg of a naturalcoarse aggregate, 200 to 300 kg of a recycled coarse aggregate, 600 to 700 kg of basalt gravel, 80 to 100 kg of a composite additive, 30 to 40 kg of an expanding agent, 1 to 1.5 kg of fibers and 140to 150 kg of water. Modified polyester fibers are used as the fibers, the modified polyester fibers and the concrete are uniformly dispersed, and the mixture is fully combined with a cement mineral mixture, so the anti-cracking effect of the concrete is enhanced again; meanwhile, the recycled coarse aggregate is used in the concrete, the recycled coarse aggregate is modified through a PVA solution, the use performance of the recycled coarse aggregate is enhanced, the use strength of the concrete is enhanced, the recycled coarse aggregate is used for manufacturing the concrete, and recycling ofresources is achieved.
本实发明公开了一种抗裂混凝土,抗裂混凝土的组分和含量如下:1m3的抗裂混凝土中含有水泥矿物混合物350‑450kg、天然粗骨料650‑850kg、再生粗骨料200‑300kg、玄武岩碎石600‑700kg、复合外加剂80‑100kg、膨胀剂30‑40kg、纤维1‑1.5kg、水140‑150kg。纤维采用改性聚酯纤维,通过将改性聚酯纤维与混凝土中的均匀分散,然后与水泥矿物混合物进行充分的结合,再次加强混凝土的抗裂效果,同时在混凝土内使用再生粗骨料,通过PVA溶液对再生粗骨料进行改性,增强再生粗骨粒的使用性能,加强本混凝土的使用强度,通过使用再生粗骨料制作混凝土,实现资源的回收再利用。
