The method comprises thefollowing steps: mixing an aluminum nitrate solution with ammonia water to separate precipitates; filtering, washing the precipitates, putting the precipitates in an ethanol solution, carrying out hydrolysis to obtain hydrated alumina sol; mixing and dispersing epoxy resin emulsion and hydrated alumina sol to obtain an epoxy spray paint, electro-statically spraying the epoxy spray paint onto a smooth steel wire to obtain an epoxy resin anti-corrosion toughened steel wire; immediately spraying montmorillonite powder on the epoxy resin anti-corrosion toughened steel wire; carrying out demagnetization, twisting and stretching again to form a frosted epoxy steel strand; curing, drying and cooling to obtain a pre-stressed steel strand, placing the pre-stressed steel strand in a mold for supporting and dispersing, pouring with concrete grout, performing vibration molding and then curing. The modulus of the concrete sleeper is enhanced, cracks caused by internal shrinkage of the base body are avoided, and the cold resistance of the sleeper is improved.
本发明公开了一种耐寒抗缩混凝土轨枕的制备方法,属于铁路配件制备技术领域。本发明中将硝酸铝溶液与氨水混合析出沉淀,经过滤、洗涤再放入乙醇溶液中水解得到水化氧化铝溶胶,将环氧树脂乳液、水化氧化铝溶胶混合分散,得到环氧喷涂料,环氧喷涂料通过静电喷涂至光面钢丝,得到环氧树脂防腐增韧钢丝,环氧树脂防腐增韧钢丝立即喷蒙脱土粉,经过脱磁,复扭拉伸成磨砂环氧钢绞线,再固化干燥,冷却得到预应力钢绞线,再将预应力钢绞线置于模具中支撑分散,用混凝土浆液进行浇筑,振动成型后养护得到耐寒抗缩混凝土轨枕,混凝土轨枕的模量增强,避免基体内部收缩产生裂缝,有利于提高轨枕的耐寒性。
