The invention discloses underwater non-dispersible concrete composed of the following components by mass: 13.26%-14.11% of P.S32.5 cement, 3.04%-3.32% of fly ash, 23.87%-25.35% of lake sand, 49.70%-51.47% of natural rock, 0.67%-0.94% of plastic powder, 0.36%-0.38% of a flocculating agent, 0.61%-0.70% of an air entraining agent, 0.48%-0.53% of an anti-freezing agent and the balance being water, andthe sum of the mass percentages of all the components is 100%. The prepared concrete has good fluidity, cohesiveness and filling property, and underwater concrete does not need enclosure and the likefor waterproofing.
