The invention belongs to the field of purple sand product processing, and particularly relates to a purple sand craft product manufacturing method, which comprises: 1, preparing purple sand mud with acertain water content into green bodies with various shapes, spreading purple sand mud powder on the surfaces of the green bodies, and completely jointing the mud powder with the surfaces of the green bodies; 2, tightly jointing dry mud powder with fine particles on the surface of the blank body to manufacture a picture; 3, picture adjustment and overall finishing: manually making a picture by using a small amount of clear water to generate a natural element of composite physical change on the picture; 4, writing characters on the purple sand picture with the water content controlled throughpurple sand mud with a certain mesh number, and finishing the picture through a cinnabar stamp under a certain water content; and then sequentially drying the craft product, loading the craft productinto a kiln, and firing and taking out the craft product of the kiln. The manufacturing process is stable, all the steps and parameters are locked, the product structure is reasonable, the texture isuniform and stable, the appearance is natural and attractive, industrial production can be completed in batches, and the method has wide application in the aspect of industrial production of purple sand process products.
