Manufacturing method of novel composite ceramic material
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a novel composite ceramic material, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps: (1) weighing silicon dioxide aerogel powder, ceramic powderand an adhesive, and uniformly stirring to prepare an inner core mixed material; (2) filling a mold with the inner core mixed material and baking; (3) taking the baked inner core out of the mold and sintering; (4) weighing wear-resistant metal powder, ceramic powder and an adhesive, and uniformly stirring to prepare a wear-resistant outer layer material; (5) pouring the wear-resistant outer layermaterial into a secondary baking mold, and baking; (6) filling holes; (7) putting the dried composite ceramic into a sintering furnace, and sintering; and (8) naturally cooling. The manufacturing method of the novel composite ceramic material is simple and convenient in steps and short in consumed time, and the manufactured composite ceramic material has excellent wear resistance and light density, reduces the construction difficulty and greatly improves the practicability.
本发明公开了一种新型复合陶瓷材料的制造方法,其步骤包括:(1)称取二氧化硅气凝胶粉体、陶瓷粉末和粘接剂并搅拌均匀,制成内芯混合材料;(2):将内芯混合材料填充入模具并烘烤;(3):将烘烤后的内芯从模具中取出并烧结;(4):称取耐磨金属粉末、陶瓷粉末和粘接剂并搅拌均匀,制成耐磨外层材料;(5):将耐磨外层材料浇筑到二次烘烤模具中烘烤;(6):孔洞填充;(7):将烘干后的复合陶瓷放入烧结炉进行烧结;(8):自然冷却。本发明的一种新型复合陶瓷材料的制造方法,步骤简便,耗时较短,且制造出的复合陶瓷材料,在具有优秀的耐磨性能的同时,还具有较轻的密度,减轻了施工的难度,大大提高了其实用性。
