The invention discloses a preparation method of a high slump loss resistance type polycarboxylate water reducer, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and water into a reaction device, and stirring at normal temperature until the unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and water are completely dissolved; (2) adding an oxidizing agent and part of a first solution into the material obtained in the step (1), and fully stirring at normal temperature; (3) dropwise adding a second solution and the rest of the first solution into the material obtained in the step (2) at normal temperature, and continuously carrying out a reaction after dropwise adding is finished; and (4) adding liquid caustic soda into the material obtained in the step (3) to adjust the pH value, and thus obtaining the high slump loss resistance type polycarboxylate water reducer. The invention overcomes the problem that an existing polycarboxylate water reducercannot give consideration to both water reduction and slump loss resistance.
本发明公开了一种高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将不饱和聚氧乙烯醚和水加入反应装置中,常温下搅拌至完全溶解;(2)在步骤(1)所得的物料中加入氧化剂和部分第一溶液,常温下充分搅拌;(3)常温下,在步骤(2)所得的物料中滴加第二溶液和剩余的第一溶液,滴加完毕后继续反应;(4)在步骤(3)所得的物料中加入液碱调节pH,即得所述高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明克服了目前聚羧酸减水剂减水和保坍不能兼顾的问题。
