Highly flame retardant plastic hollow floor and production process thereof
The invention discloses a highly flame retardant plastic hollow floor and a production process thereof. According to the production process, wood fibers are processed by a flame retardant in advance and then are uniformly mixed with thermoplastic plastic, a lubricant, a coupling agent and an antioxidant, so that the plastic hollow floor has the advantages of environment friendliness and moisture prevention of a common plastic floor, and also has an excellent flame retardant property. According to the production process, a mixture is prepared by efficient mixing equipment; wood fibers subjectedto a flame retardant treatment and premix are prepared at the same time, the production mode that in the prior art, the wood fibers subjected to a flame retardant treatment is prepared firstly, thenthe premix is prepared, and finally the wood fibers and the premix are mixed is replaced; the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced. After four times of mixing,the mixing effect is good, the uniformity is improved, and the damp-proof and flame-retardant properties of the plastic hollow floor are further enhanced.
