Pairs of pressing rod grooves which extend in the height direction of the pressing plate and are oppositely formed are formed at the two sides of the pressing platerespectively, the bottom of each pressing rod groove penetrates through the bottom end of the pressing plate, the multiple pairs of pressing rod grooves correspond to the multiple dowel bars one to one, a pressing rod is arranged in each pressing rod groove, and the bottoms of the pressing rods in each pair of pressing rod grooves abut against the two ends of the corresponding dowel bars respectively.
