Bridge box girder large-span pushing sliding system and construction method
The invention relates to a large-span pushing and sliding system and method for a bridge box girder. The system comprises a shore-based supporting and sliding system arranged on the river-crossing/railway-crossing/highway-crossing ground, and is characterized in that the system comprises, a midspan support sliding rail system which is arranged on a midspan pier bearing platform crossing a river channel/a railway/a highway; the mid-span supporting sliding rail system comprises a mid-span pushing sliding platform, a mid-span sliding rail, a supporting frame, a connecting assembly, a set of sliding shoes and a self-locking synchronous mid-span pushing device, wherein the supporting frame and the connecting assembly are used for supporting the mid-span pushing sliding platform. The system hasthe advantages that the steel pipe trusses are arranged on the permanent piers instead of river bottom foundations, so that the height is reduced, possible deviation and stability increase in the pushing process are prevented, the steel consumption of the trusses is greatly reduced, secondary construction of temporary facilities for pushing and sliding river channel supports is avoided, the construction cost is greatly reduced, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the method is safe and reliable.
