The device comprises a baffle assembly, a controller and a pair of pressure type water level sensors, the baffle assembly is arranged at a doorway of an enclosing wall, the baffle assembly comprises a pair of symmetrically arranged side frames and abaffle body, sliding grooves are formed in the inner sides of the side frames, sliding blocks are arranged at the two ends of the baffle body correspondingly, the sliding blocks are slidably connectedinto the sliding grooves of the side frames through a driving mechanism, the driving assembly comprises a motor, a lead screw and a lifting nut, the motor is arranged at the top of the sliding grooves, the motor drives the lead screw, the lifting nut is connected to the outer side of the sliding blocks, and the lead screw is located in the lifting nut; and the controller is used for controlling the motor, the pair of pressure type water level sensors are connected with the controller and arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the enclosing wall correspondingly, and the baffle body is located between the pair of pressure type water level sensors. The intelligent lifting baffle is convenient to machine and reliable to operate.
