The invention discloses a construction technology of a foundation pit adjacent to a building. The construction technology is characterized by comprising the following steps that A, an existing building foundation is machined and constructed, specifically, a1, the existing building foundation is measured and positioned; a2, a lateral channel is excavated downwards from an external soil layer of theexisting building foundation till the bottom face of the lateral channel is lower than the bottom face of the existing building foundation; a3, horizontal chambering is conducted from the bottom of the bottom face of the lateral channel to a position below the existing building foundation, and vertical deep excavation is conducted after chambering is conducted from the bottom end of the lateral channel to the position below the existing building foundation to form a supporting hole; a4, concrete is poured into the inner wall of the supporting hole to form a reinforcing pile; and B, the foundation pit is constructed, specifically, foundation pit excavation and foundation pit side wall reinforcing are conducted on the outer side of the building. Through the scheme, the reinforcing pile is used for supporting and bearing force on the existing building, the step-slope distance needed during the construction of the foundation pit is reduced, finally, excessive supporting in the foundationpit is not needed while foundation pit construction is conducted near the building, and the effective area of the foundation pit is guaranteed.
